Organize PDF Pages Online

When a scanner feeds pages in the wrong order, or you've merged several files and need to interleave them, typing page numbers gets confusing fast. Organize PDF shows every page as a thumbnail so you can see what you're doing. Drag a page to its new position, remove pages you don't need, and save the result as a new PDF.

This is the natural next step after Merge PDF: combine files first, then fine-tune the order page by page. It's also the easiest way to fix a double-sided scan where all the fronts came first and all the backs second, or to move an appendix to the end of a report.

Thumbnails are rendered in your browser, and the reorganized PDF is built there too — no upload, so it's safe for confidential material. Pages are copied without re-rendering, so text stays selectable and quality is unchanged. Very long documents take a moment to generate thumbnails, especially on phones, but there's no page limit.

When you're done, give the result a quick scroll to double-check the new order before sending it on. If you want to go further, you can add page numbers so the new order is clearly marked, or compress the file if it has to fit an upload limit. Your original PDF is never changed, so you can always start over if you change your mind about the arrangement.
